Jestic Scoop Training & Education Award

The Jestic team had a fantastic time attending and sponsoring the FEJ awards on the 14th of September 2022 : an occasion which was topped off a treat having received the ‘Training & Education’ award!

This accolade recognises that with today’s catering equipment becoming more flexible and feature-packed than ever before, the right training and user guidance can make a real difference to how it is operated in a live environment. From maximising benefits and features to operating equipment safely and efficiently, this award honours the supplier deemed to be setting the benchmark for product education.

FEJ stated: “Jestic has focused on delivering highly valuable and educational staff training and menu development days, both of which can transform the way that both independent and chain businesses utilise their equipment and the benefits they get from it.

This year it partnered with Creative Retail Display and Culimat to launch an innovative showroom, meaning customers based in London can arrange a training day with ultimate convenience. Remote training via Zoom also remains an option for those who prefer it, or over the phone if customers have simple training queries that can be addressed quickly.

Over the past year, Jestic has held webinars on topics such as oil management and expanded its inventory of trial equipment for customers looking to test new concepts or introduce new technology to their kitchens”
